What is Bluebell Privilege Program?
Bluebell Privilege Program is designed to reward you with wide array of benefits.
This four tier program starts with Lifestyle tier, follows by Contemporary, Luxe & ultimately Deluxe, enables you to collect & redeem Blue Points at every purchases.
What are the brands or stores that participate in Bluebell Privilege Program?

What are the benefits of this program?
Points collection
- Point can be used as cash rebate for your purchase
Birthday reward
- Enjoy a gift voucher on your birthday month – voucher will be emailed to you on the 1st day of your birthday
- Enjoy 2x points during your birthday month
Upgrade reward
- Enjoy a gift voucher to be sent to your email upon upgrading to the next tier
Tier discount
- Enjoy exclusive VIP discount according to your membership tiers as long as your membership is valid

Membership
How long will be the membership last?
Lifestyle, Contemporary & Luxe membership tier validity is 2 years.
Deluxe membership tier validity is 3 years.
E-member will not have any expiry date.
Where can I check my membership expiry date?
You can check your member expiry date on My Reward tab at the members portal. You can also check your member expiry date from the monthly statement we sent via email on the 5th of every month. Otherwise, you can check with our store staff during your visit.
How can I renew my membership?
You need to spend up to the renewal qualifier defined in the program within your membership validity period to renew your membership.
Renewal will not take effect immediately on the date you meet the condition, however it will be effective during your the membership expiry date.
Renewal qualifier for each tier:
Lifestyle – RM 1,200
Contemporary – RM 6,000
Luxe – RM 36,000
Deluxe – RM 100,000
What will happen during my membership expiry date?
If you meet the renewal requirement, your current membership will be retained and the expiry date will be extended to additional 2 more years.
If you fail to meet the requirement, your membership status will drop to the a lower tier. For example if you're from Luxe tier, your membership will be dropped to Contemporary.

What will happen to my points when my membership expire?
Your points will be carried over for another 3 months starting from your membership expiry date. These points will be expired after 3 months.

Blue Points
How can I use Blue Points in my account?
You can use Blue Points and convert it to cash on your purchase when you shop in all Bluebell Privilege Program participated brands (except online stores).
For redemption, 50 Blue Points is equivalent to RM 1.
How can I collect Blue Points?
You'll be collecting Blue Points on every dollar you spend at our stores. Please note that Blue Points collection will only entitle for Lifestyle tier onwards. The calculation for point collection is RM 1 = 1 Blue Points.
What is the conversion rate of between Blue Points and RM?
For point collection, every RM 1 you spent is equivalent to 1 Blue Points.
For point redemption, every 50 Blue Points is equivalent to RM 1.
Where can I check my Blue Points balance?
You can check your Blue Points balance on the members portal go to My Reward tab after login. You can also check your points balance from the monthly statement we sent via email on the 5th of every month. Otherwise, you can check with our store staff during your visit to our stores.
What will happen to my points when my membership expired?
Your points will be carried over for 3 months after the expiry date. These points will be obsolete after 3 month.

Member Portal
How to login into the member portal?
For first-time user: Go to 'Login' tab on this portal, and click on Activate. Fill in all relevant information and submit to complete activation.
For user who have already activated: Go to 'Login' tab on this portal, and click on Login. Enter your email address and password to login.
I forgot my members portal password, what can I do?
Why do I need to activate my members portal account?
We encourage you to activate your account to enjoy various services in the members portal such as membership status check, update personal detail and view your rewards.

Subscription
How can I update my brands subscription?
You can view the subscribed brand on Personal Detail tab on this members portal. From here, you can tick the checkbox next to the brand, or untick the checkbox to unsubscribe from the brand.
I've subscribed to BB Privilege Program but I don't receive any brand specific email for a long time, what can I do?
Most probably your subscription status was not captured when you first sign up with us. You can update your subscription brand on Personal Detail tab on this member portal.
Why do I still receive email from Bluebell even though I don't select any brand from my subscription list?
This is because we are sending email to all of our members who have subscribed to the Bluebell Privilege Program when the email content is intended to serve multi-brands (e.g. End Of Season Sale). If you don’t want to receive any of these updates, you can click on "unsubscribe" button in the email you received.
